IT Technician (Fintech)

TL;DR

A FINMA-regulated securities firm providing digital asset trading and infrastructure solutions to banks, corporations, and private companies.

What you will do

• Manage end-user hardware and software deployment and lifecycle from procurement to disposal.
• Handle IT incidents and requests for offices in Geneva, Lausanne, and Zurich.
• Administer and improve corporate applications and IT infrastructure, including local networks and printers.
• Manage access rights and ensure security best practices in a banking environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in similar IT support functions.
• Proven experience administrating Linux, Mac, and Windows workstations.
• Experience with Azure administration, including Office 365, Sharepoint, Intune, and Windows Defender.
• Resident in Switzerland and willing to travel between Geneva, Lausanne, and Zurich.
• Fluent English and good knowledge of French.

Nice to have

• Knowledge and development experience with Salesforce.
• Scripting skills in Python.
• Programming experience in Go.
