What you will do
- Lead startup scouting and selection aligned with client needs.
- Deliver benchmarking, ecosystem, and trend analysis reports.
- Evaluate investment opportunities and execute regional due diligence for the Investment Committee.
- Manage startup-client matchmaking sessions and event logistics.
- Mentor Junior Associates and Interns in research and delivery tasks.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in VC, consulting, innovation, or client-facing project management.
- Master's degree (MBA preferred) or Bachelor's degree combined with significant professional experience.
- Finnish language skills are required.
- Advanced level of English is essential.
- Proven ability to deliver measurable outcomes and manage multiple stakeholders.
