Process Developer Finance and Accounting

hirify.global develops measuring instruments, sensor technologies, and software for intelligent manufacturing and Industry 4.0. The Åland site is a competence centre for developing and manufacturing ceramic vacuum gauges.

What you will do

• Develop and streamline the purchasing process from order registration through invoice receipt.
• Improve invoice handling from receipt and approval to bank payment.
• Automate and streamline cash flow forecasting.
• Support the transition to a new version of the ERP system.
• Coordinate process improvements with finance teams in Mariehamn and colleagues in Liechtenstein, Germany, and the USA.

Requirements

• Degree in finance or business administration.
• Experience with similar finance and accounting processes.
• Good oral and written Swedish and English skills.
• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a practical, solution-oriented approach.
• Structured and self-motivated, with the ability to lead improvement initiatives from start to finish.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across several teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP.
