What you will do

• Manage Indonesian Telegram and X accounts end-to-end, including daily posting, scheduling, and moderation.
• Translate and adapt global campaigns, promos, and announcements into natural, culturally relevant Bahasa Indonesia.
• Engage with the local community in real-time and respond to messages promptly during peak hours.
• Identify and leverage local cultural moments, sports events (e.g., Liga 1), and esports trends (e.g., Mobile Legends, PUBG Mobile).
• Report weekly performance metrics regarding follower growth and engagement.
• Collaborate with the global team on KOL and creator partnerships in the Indonesian market.

Requirements

• Native fluency in Bahasa Indonesia with a strong instinct for natural, non-corporate copywriting.
• Professional working proficiency in English for coordination with a non-Indonesian speaking team.
• 1-2 years of experience in social media, content, or community management.
• Daily active usage of Telegram and X.
• Deep familiarity with Indonesian internet culture, memes, and slang.
• Comfortable working within the iGaming and crypto categories.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in iGaming, crypto, esports, sports betting, or fintech.
• Familiarity with Telegram administration tools and bots.
• Existing network in the Indonesian gaming, crypto, or sports betting community.
• Deep understanding of Indonesian football fandom and esports scenes.
