What you will do

• Provide day-to-day security in support of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) and Special Access Program (SAP) construction efforts.
• Assess, identify, and recommend improvements for security policies, procedures, and systems.
• Identify threats, vulnerabilities, and potential risks to secure spaces.
• Manage uniformed escort personnel, maintain logs, and report security incidents to the site lead.
• Conduct inspections of materials and photograph construction steps to support final accreditation packets.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and oversight to team members.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship Required.
• Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) clearance.
• Willingness to sit for a CI polygraph.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• SAP experience (required).
• Completion of DoD SAPCO approved SAPNP training.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ICD 705 (SCIF compliance).
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree.
• Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) or Special Program Security Certification (SPSC).
