What you will do

• Design and implement structured performance management frameworks, specifically utilizing the Kaplan/Norton Balanced Scorecard approach.
• Develop comprehensive SMART KPI architectures that align organisational strategy with operational execution.
• Oversee all aspects of project delivery, managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Lead KPI workshops with client leadership to co-develop outcome-based metrics across financial and operational perspectives.
• Mentor junior consultants by crafting meaningful growth opportunities and leading multi-disciplinary teams.
• Maintain strategic relationships with government stakeholders and executives across the UAE market.

Requirements

• Strong experience in management strategy consulting or programme management in a multi-client environment.
• Proven expertise in designing performance management frameworks (Balanced Scorecards, OKRs, EFQM).
• Track record of delivering complex consulting engagements, ideally within the public sector or government advisory context.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Arabic is a must.
• Exceptional facilitation, executive presentation, and structured problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel as required for project needs.
