What you will do

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to identity governance, access provisioning, and authentication frameworks
• Evaluate the accuracy and practicality of AI recommendations on access management, role-based access control, and compliance
• Develop real-world IAM case studies, scenarios, and scenario variations across identity lifecycle management, regulatory requirements, and risk mitigation
• Identify gaps and risks in AI recommendations and provide clear, structured feedback
• Help shape how AI systems interpret IAM best practices and security standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as an IAM consultant with a track record in identity and access management
• Must be based in the EU or UK
• Strong understanding of access control models, authentication, identity governance, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, SOX)
• Analytical, detail-oriented approach with ability to deliver actionable, structured feedback
• Availability for 8–20 hours per week and comfort working remotely and asynchronously
