What you will do

• Conduct compliance reviews of company tools to meet legal and regulatory obligations
• Perform investigative research and provide detailed rationales for alert decisions
• Ensure alerts are handled timely and meet quality standards
• Execute components of the AML monitoring program
• Stay informed on AML/CFT laws, regulations, and best practices
• Report to the head of the AML department

Requirements

• Must be a permanent resident in Cyprus or hold a valid work permit
• At least 2 years experience in a similar role within a regulated financial services environment, preferably in a CIF
• Good understanding of AML/CFT regulations; CySEC AML Certification is a strong advantage
• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Fluent in English and Greek (written and spoken)
• Proficient in Google Workplace tools
