Location: Remote in Poland

Salary: 10,400 - 15,000 PLN gross

What you will do

• Implement new functionalities (70% of the role) and maintain existing systems (30%).
• Design and develop scalable applications, ensuring high code quality and architectural integrity.
• Recommend and implement optimal technical solutions based on development best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams through daily meetings, refinement, planning, and retrospectives.

Requirements

• Proficiency in PHP with a focus on Laravel or Symfony frameworks.
• Solid experience in unit testing and working with relational databases (MySQL/MariaDB).
• Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis) and knowledge of CQRS and Event Sourcing.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, and GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API principles and GIT version control.
• Communicative level of Polish and English.
• Experience with AI-powered coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor).

Nice to have

• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Strong sense of independence and decision-making.
