What you will do

• Own marketing measurement across various channels, campaigns, markets, and customer segments.
• Analyze marketing performance to identify growth drivers and optimize spend efficiency.
• Improve attribution quality to create more accurate and trusted performance reporting.
• Develop scalable dashboards, experimentation approaches, and monitoring frameworks for marketing teams.
• Partner with business teams to turn complex data analysis into actionable investment decisions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or growth/marketing analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and AI IDE tools.
• Hands-on experience analyzing marketing, growth, marketplace, or consumer performance data.
• Practical experience with experimentation, attribution, and measurement concepts.
• Strong communication skills and ability to structure ambiguous questions into clear recommendations.
