Order Management Analyst

TL;DR

Location: Must be based in reasonable proximity to the office in Prague. This is a full-time, permanent role, not eligible for contractors or work from other countries.

What you will do

• Audit customer order forms to confirm accuracy before booking.
• Review and approve CPQ quotes to ensure alignment with company policies.
• Perform financial and sales data quality checks in Salesforce and Zuora.
• Identify and correct booking discrepancies to ensure accurate revenue reporting.
• Collaborate with RevOps, Deal Desk, and Legal teams to resolve booking issues.
• Complete month- and quarter-end audit tasks and financial reconciliation efforts.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in order management, deal desk, finance, or sales operations.
• Software/SaaS industry experience required.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and CPQ required.
• Strong analytical skills and acute attention to detail.
• Must be available to work from the Prague office for meetings and events.
• Must be a full-time employee; contractors are not eligible.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Zuora and Freshdesk/Zendesk.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
