What you will do

• Build accurate mechanical and production-ready packaging files based on approved creative directions.
• Prepare vendor-ready artwork including color systems, separations, trapping, and print-specific layers.
• Adapt packaging designs for SKUs and line extensions while maintaining brand consistency.
• Preflight and quality-check all files to ensure compliance with print and production specifications.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical and manufacturability challenges.
• Maintain organized asset libraries, dieline repositories, and production documentation.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in packaging production design, ideally in CPG, beauty, or fragrance.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Solid knowledge of prepress, print production, and technical packaging constraints.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced remote environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with 3D packaging tools like KeyShot, Blender, Cinema 4D, or Adobe Dimension.
• Experience with presentation tools or basic packaging engineering workflows.
