What you will do

• Administer and configure Jenkins and Bitbucket environments.
• Gather and analyze requirements from development and technical teams to translate them into tool configurations.
• Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines and repository settings.
• Manage user access, permissions, and rights.
• Troubleshoot tool-related issues and provide support to end users.
• Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and project teams to ensure platform consistency and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience with Jenkins administration and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Bitbucket administration and Git repositories.
• Ability to gather and formalize requirements from different teams.
• Fluent French and English.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in DevOps or software delivery environments.
• Knowledge of Git workflows and CI/CD best practices.
• Experience providing user support and training.
• Familiarity with Jira integrations.
