Salary: $151,000 – $196,000 USD

What you will do

• Provide clinical product education to healthcare providers and internal sales teams.
• Serve as a scientific and clinical resource for company products and associated disease states.
• Develop multi-channel medical educational activities, including speaker programs and slide creation.
• Partner cross-functionally to support the product lifecycle and drive diagnostic adoption.
• Engage in client-facing activities approximately 70% of the time, both in-person and remotely.
• Collaborate on internal special projects and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Advanced scientific or clinical degree (PhD, MD, NP, PA, or CGC) required.
• At least 5 years of clinical experience, preferably in urology or radiation oncology.
• Advanced understanding of tumor biology and molecular testing.
• Ability to travel at least 60% of the time within the defined region.
• Outstanding oral and written presentation skills for diverse scientific audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building rapport and customer centricity.

Nice to have

• Prior experience as an MSL in the introduction of a novel clinical assay.
