What you will do

  • Lead the development of internal business applications including CRM, ATS, LMS, and HRMS on Microsoft Azure.
  • Design and optimize scalable architectures integrating APIs, databases, and automation workflows.
  • Drive the adoption of Microsoft Fabric for data consolidation, analytics, and AI enablement.
  • Orchestrate the migration from third-party platforms like HubSpot and Zoho to custom internally built systems.
  • Manage a growing engineering team, overseeing sprint planning, work allocation, and technical quality.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to translate business requirements into technical execution plans.

Requirements

  • Strong professional experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based architecture.
  • Proficiency in databases, SQL, data modeling, and API integrations.
  • Experience building or managing internal tools such as CRM, ATS, or HR systems.
  • Proven ability to design technical systems based on complex business workflows.
  • Background in SaaS or internal platform development.
  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric or modern data platforms.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or Zoho platforms.
  • Exposure to modern automation and AI-enabled workflows.
