What you will do

• Communicate with clients via phone and email using Oracle Advanced Collections to ensure prompt payment.
• Perform reconciliations of accounts and resolve queried debt.
• Chair meetings and report status to Sales, Finance Directors, and other business divisions.
• Meet and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual collections targets.
• Handle debt reporting and respond to customer queries within 48 hours.

Requirements

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 1+ year of experience in customer service or accounts receivable.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
