What you will do

• Design and ship end-to-end distributed agentic AI solutions that are reliable and scalable.
• Define engineering standards and architectural patterns for LLM-powered systems.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and mentor other engineers on best practices.
• Own the long-term maintainability, observability, and cost efficiency of AI systems.
• Monitor model quality drift, prompt alignment, and operational health in production.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Prague, Czech Republic.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software systems development.
• Excellent backend expertise in a strongly typed language, preferably TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of agentic AI concepts (tool use, function calling, state machines, RAG, guardrails).
• Experience shipping and operating multiple GenAI or LLM systems in production.
• Prior experience leading an AI systems team.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with LangChain, Mastra, or LangGraph.
• Experience building human-in-the-loop evaluation pipelines.
• Deep interest in public markets and fundamental business analysis.
