TL;DR

Producer (Gamedev): Managing the development of large-scale or multiple small game projects for various clients with an accent on agile workflows, client relationship management, and milestone delivery. Location: Hybrid (Albany, NY). This role does not offer relocation assistance; candidates must be local to New York State or able to relocate independently.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000/year

What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact between the studio and client partners to maintain trust and collaboration.
• Manage project timelines and roadmaps to ensure all milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Facilitate communication, reporting, and planning across multi-disciplinary project teams.
• Clarify project scope and proactively resolve blockers and issues.
• Identify, communicate, and mitigate project risks and roadblocks.
• Incorporate industry trends and best practices into the development process.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional production or project management experience.
• Proven track record of shipping more than one game cycle through to release.
• Experience coordinating multi-discipline developers in technical environments.
• Familiarity with agile development workflows, production processes, and testing.
• Advanced proficiency in planning tools such as Jira, ClickUp, or GitHub.
• Must be based in New York State or capable of independent relocation to Albany, NY.

• Certification for current-generation consoles (Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5).
