TL;DR

What you will do

  • Develop and optimize native Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Objective-C) applications for a global user base.
  • Implement analytics tracking using tools such as Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, and Segment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design comprehensive platform solutions.
  • Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid and reliable software delivery.
  • Monitor production environments, perform root cause analysis on crashes, and implement stability fixes.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning.

Requirements

  • Extensive professional experience in mobile development, specifically with Android/Kotlin and iOS/Objective-C.
  • Proven track record of publishing applications to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
  • Experience using crash monitoring and performance tools such as Firebase Crashlytics, Sentry, Datadog, or New Relic.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics implementation, including tagging and custom event tracking.
  • Advanced or fluent English skills to facilitate effective communication with global teams.
  • Must be based in Colombia.

Nice to have

  • Experience working on large-scale consumer applications with high traffic.
  • Knowledge of modern architecture patterns like MVVM, Clean Architecture, and Dependency Injection.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks for mobile.
