What you will do

• Manage relationships with affiliate networks and direct advertisers to drive revenue growth.
• Execute campaign launches, including tracking implementation using pixels and postbacks.
• Monitor and optimize key performance metrics such as EPC, CPA, CVR, and ROI.
• Evaluate new offers and identify scaling opportunities for traffic allocation.
• Prepare performance reports and identify revenue gaps or tracking discrepancies.
• Coordinate with internal sales, ad operations, and product teams to resolve operational issues.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of industry experience in affiliate or performance marketing required.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Working knowledge of performance marketing KPIs (EPC, CPA, CVR, and ROI).
• Familiarity with tracking platforms such as Everflow, Tune, or HasOffers.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with a detail-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with CPA, CPL, CPI, or revenue share monetization models.
• Exposure to email marketing or mobile performance traffic.
• Understanding of fraud prevention and compliance standards.
