What you will do

• Design and execute high-profile intern and full-time early career programs across research, trading, and technology in Singapore and APAC.
• Partner with technical and business leads to align talent routing with business goals and skill needs.
• Develop creative educational programming and development initiatives using industry trends and internal resources.
• Manage the onboarding and upfront project work for campus hires, including goal setting and 1:1 coaching.
• Coordinate operational tasks such as scheduling, onboarding, vendor management, and equipment setup.
• Iterate on the early career lifecycle to improve processes and promote the firm's culture.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Talent/Learning Development, Campus Recruitment, or as an HRBP.
• Experience within financial services, quantitative trading, hedge funds, or high-performance tech environments.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence senior business managers and engineering leads.
• Experience in diagnosing organizational development needs and implementing support initiatives.
• Strong data fluency and experience with systems like Workday or Learning Management Systems.
• Leadership experience in either people or project management.
