What you will do

• Shoot and edit high-quality content primarily on mobile devices.
• Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and growth teams.
• Turn ideas and creative briefs into polished content with minimal supervision.
• Experiment with new content formats, trends, and creative approaches.
• Produce a high volume of content while maintaining exceptional quality standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Almaty, Kazakhstan.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Strong mobile videography and editing skills with a portfolio of relevant work.
• Ability to edit quickly and efficiently on a smartphone.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and audience behavior.
• Sharp critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to work around production limitations.
