Location: Canberra, Australia. Minimum of NV1 level AGSVA clearance required. Hybrid work (sometimes onsite).

• Provide technical support and leadership in the creation and delivery of technology solutions for Federal Government clients.
• Manage Enterprise ITSM tools deployed across Windows and Linux environments.
• Act as a trusted advisor to maintain effective customer relationships and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
• Implement and maintain technical solutions aligned with ITIL processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of NV1 level AGSVA clearance.
• Extensive experience managing Enterprise ITSM tools.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Experience with containerization technologies (Kubernetes certification is an advantage).
• Proficiency in application programming languages including Python, PowerShell, SQL, and JavaScript.
