What you will do

• Develop and execute technical strategies for enterprise-wide systems used by the Intelligence Community.
• Translate complex operational mission needs into detailed technical requirements through direct customer engagement.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in geospatial technology and mobile ecosystems (Android/iOS).
• Perform system and database administration within AWS, specifically using EC2 and S3.
• Lead technical meetings with vendors to evaluate Commercial, FOSS, and GOTS software.
• Integrate geospatial mission data within common enterprise web applications.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• 8+ years of experience in applications development or systems engineering.
• Expert-level proficiency in Android mobile application development.
• Proven experience in iOS application development.
• Technical proficiency with Amazon Web Services (AWS), specifically EC2 and S3.
• Must be able to work on-site in Chantilly, VA.

Nice to have

• Background in Geospatial technology or GIS-related applications.
• Knowledge of mobile security mechanisms and encryption protocols.
• Experience briefing high-level customers and stakeholders on technical strategy.
• Familiarity with Free and Open Source Software (FOSS) and Government Off-the-Shelf (GOTS) integration.
