What you will do

• Design and manage self-service catalogs and cloud provisioning blueprints using VMware Aria Automation/VCF Automation.
• Develop, customize, and maintain complex orchestration workflows within VMware Aria Automation Orchestrator.
• Integrate automation solutions with Infoblox DDI, Tenable Security Center, and ServiceNow via JavaScript and REST APIs.
• Maintain VMware vSphere and VCF infrastructure to support automated provisioning and VM lifecycle management.
• Ensure all deployments comply with federal security standards, government baselines, and DISA STIGs.
• Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot provisioning failures, and perform root cause analysis.

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CySA+, CCNA Security).
• 5+ years of experience using JavaScript and REST APIs to develop cloud automation solutions.
• Proven experience with VMware Aria Automation and VCF Automation tools.
• Deep operational understanding of VMware vSphere and VCF environments.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Kearneysville, WV.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting U.S. Coast Guard or Department of Homeland Security (DHS) programs.
• Relevant VMware certifications (VCP-VVF, VCP-VCF, VCP-DCV, etc.).
• Familiarity with VMware NSX, including logical switching, routing, and firewalls.
• Understanding of Kubernetes and automating workloads via vSphere Kubernetes Services (Tanzu).
• Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, and hybrid cloud architectures.
