What you will do

• Coordinate design package deliverables and ensure interdisciplinary alignment.
• Monitor budget and schedule compliance in collaboration with project controls.
• Communicate scope and management instructions to stakeholders.
• Interact with clients and relevant third parties to resolve project issues.
• Manage specific project packages as a key member of the management team.
• Interface with all levels of the organization to resolve conflicts professionally.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture with 6+ years of experience.
• 3 years of experience in the design of transportation projects.
• Proven experience in airport design projects.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Proficiency in document management systems such as BIM 360.
• Experience working on construction sites.
• Must have valid work authorization for Peru.

Nice to have

• 10+ years of professional experience in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
