TL;DR
Senior Frontend Engineer (React/TypeScript): Developing scalable platform-level frontend solutions and a shared UI design system for a large commercial bank with an accent on accessibility (WCAG) and reusable components. Focus on building NPM packages, implementing complex UI libraries, and ensuring consistency across multiple product teams.
Location: Hybrid in Poland (must be able to visit the office 1–3 times per week)

What you will do
- Develop shared frontend solutions and reusable UI components.
- Build and support React/TypeScript applications and NPM packages.
- Contribute to the evolution of the Banking Design System.
- Write and maintain comprehensive unit and end-to-end tests.
- Ensure high quality, consistency, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Collaborate with designers and platform teams to troubleshoot and fix frontend issues.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, NPM, and CSS.
- Proven experience building scalable frontend applications and reusable libraries.
- Solid knowledge of testing tools including Jest, Testing Library, and Cypress.
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (a11y / WCAG).
- English: B2+ level required for international collaboration.
- Location: Ability to work hybridly in Poland.
