What you will do

• Conduct planned physical training sessions safely and effectively according to approved programmes.
• Assess recruit fitness levels, track progress, and maintain accurate performance records.
• Enforce physical performance standards while promoting discipline and motivation among recruits.
• Prepare training areas and equipment while implementing injury prevention measures.
• Maintain attendance and incident records and coordinate with senior instructors.

Requirements

• Qualification in physical training, sports science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in delivering physical training.
• Experience working in structured or disciplined environments (military experience preferred).
• English proficiency is required.

Nice to have

• Military PTI background.
• Experience in large-scale training programmes.
• Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu coaching or belt certification.
• Advanced certifications in strength & conditioning, rehabilitation, or endurance training.
