What you will do

• Plan and deliver professional courses, workshops, masterclasses, and certification programs.
• Facilitate hands-on learning and adapt teaching methods to various learner levels.
• Develop and continuously improve training materials, lesson plans, and educational resources.
• Assess learner progress, provide feedback, and coach students toward competency.
• Manage training kitchens, equipment, and ingredients to ensure session readiness.
• Represent the academy in industry events, competitions, and promotional activities.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work at the ABA Academy in Sharjah, UAE
• Expertise in bakery, bread, pastry, and chocolate applications.
• Strong skills in culinary instruction, facilitation, and curriculum development.
• Proven ability in student coaching, mentoring, and assessment techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
