What you will do

• Design and build automation capabilities to reduce manual effort in customer onboarding and operational workflows.
• Develop self-service experiences enabling customers to configure and access products with minimal intervention.
• Re-architect systems to support efficient provisioning, data sourcing, and customer enablement.
• Apply AI technologies to identify opportunities for process transformation and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate across technical and business teams to solve complex problems and create scalable solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks and eliminating friction in end-to-end customer experiences.

Requirements

• Experience building software products or platforms using TypeScript.
• Experience leveraging AI technologies, tools, or frameworks to improve products or workflows.
• Exposure to Web3 technologies, decentralized applications, or electronic trading environments.
• Strong systems-thinking capabilities with the ability to understand complex interconnected architectures.
• Demonstrated ability to rapidly analyze and solve complex technical and operational problems.
• Must be able to overlap working hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Nice to have

• Experience developing applications or services using Golang.
• Experience building self-service platforms or onboarding systems.
• Familiarity with customer growth, provisioning, or operational excellence initiatives.
• Experience improving data sourcing, quality, or integration processes.
• Knowledge of distributed systems, APIs, and cloud-native architectures.
