What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop the Infrastructure Security team, ensuring clear ownership and execution.
• Define and drive the Infrastructure Security strategy, roadmap, standards, and operating model.
• Prioritize team initiatives based on security risk, business impact, and regulatory requirements.
• Guide security across cloud platforms, Kubernetes, endpoints, and privileged access management.
• Build scalable processes for risk prioritization, remediation tracking, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to integrate security early in the development lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, including leading and managing technical security teams.
• Strong background in Infrastructure Security, Cloud Security, or Platform Security.
• Experience translating security goals into clear roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Proven leadership skills in coaching, delegation, and team development.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change across cross-functional teams.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-risk or regulated environments such as iGaming, Crypto, or FinTech.
• Experience maturing a security function from reactive execution to a structured program.
• Hands-on experience with Zero Trust models, AWS, OCI, and Google Workspace Security.
• Experience with digital asset or cryptocurrency infrastructure security.
