Requirements

• Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team.
• Expertise in architecture and design patterns with a focus on reliability and scaling.
• Professional software development experience in a non-internship capacity.
• Proficiency in at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design.
• Active experience in software development within the last 3 years.
