TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the Leamington Spa studio (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Manage app store operations, preparing games for testing, release, and updates across platforms.
  • Coordinate with producers, developers, and marketing teams to align build readiness with submission timelines.
  • Configure in-game achievements, product codes, and IAPs, including localization and pricing.
  • Execute and monitor store listing A/B tests to optimize conversion and organic traffic growth.
  • Create and manage Release Checklists and configure "What's New" release notes.
  • Resolve submission blocks by collaborating with Apple and Google platform support.

Requirements

  • Meticulous attention to detail regarding store uploads and metadata configurations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for multidisciplinary collaboration.
  • Strong time-management skills to coordinate multiple parallel project submissions.
  • Proactive mindset and ownership of day-to-day release operations.
  • Must be based in the Leamington Spa studio.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with Google Play Console and Apple App Store Connect.
  • Familiarity with the mobile gaming ecosystem from a player, tester, or developer perspective.
