What you will do

• Design and develop a full-stack AI chat bot using React, Python, Node.js, and Azure OpenAI within Azure Government Cloud.
• Implement RAG pipelines and document processing workflows (text, Excel, and images) using OCR and Azure AI services.
• Build and maintain an offline-first cross-platform mobile application using .NET MAUI for Android, iOS, Windows, and macOS.
• Develop secure REST API endpoints and implement data synchronization via Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and USB.
• Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability in compliance with federal security requirements.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3–5 years of experience in full-stack software development (frontend and backend).
• Strong expertise in React, Python, Node.js, and .NET MAUI.
• Experience building RAG pipelines and integrating LLM services (Azure OpenAI).
• Practical experience with Azure Government Cloud and federal compliance considerations.
• Proof of US Citizenship is mandatory (NOFORN requirement); dual citizenship is not permitted.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI agent frameworks like Semantic Kernel, LangChain, or LangGraph.
• Familiarity with Azure AI Vision, Azure Document Intelligence, and Azure AI Search.
• Knowledge of SAML, Blazor Hybrid, or 2D/3D digital twin technology.
• Experience with SCADA/HMI software and reading mechanical drawings (P&ID).
• Experience with cybersecurity standards such as STIG or NIST.
