What you will do

• Advise and support the ITS Division’s global operations on diverse legal matters.
• Provide legal guidance and conduct risk assessments for projects and partnerships, including public procurement law.
• Draft, review, and negotiate international contracts while refining corporate contract templates.
• Manage IP-related matters, with a particular focus on software license agreements.
• Handle proceedings before courts and regulatory authorities and coordinate with external attorneys.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law, preferably in Austrian or German law.
• 7–10 years of relevant professional experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
• Proven experience handling complex legal issues within an international context.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Strong analytical skills, resilience, and a pragmatic, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner within a team environment.
