What you will do

• Define creative and technical approaches in collaboration with VFX Supervisors.
• Standardize global pipelines and prioritize R&D development tasks.
• Resolve workflow impediments and technical bottlenecks proactively.
• Forecast and manage production resources, including storage and licensing.
• Direct show wrap, asset archiving, and establish centralized documentation.
• Bridge communication between supervisors, producers, and artists to meet project targets.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from London, UK.
• Established leadership experience as an Area Lead or Associate CG Supervisor.
• Proven track record as a technical artist on high-end visual effects projects.
• Expert understanding of VFX processes, discipline workflows, and relevant tools.
• Exceptional prioritization, delegation, and communication capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with USD, Maya, Katana, Houdini, RenderMan, or Unreal Engine.
