What you will do

• Provide high-quality general dental care to both NHS and private patients.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the clinical team to drive performance and improve patient outcomes.
• Shape clinical standards, protocols, and the overall patient journey.
• Champion clinical governance, best practice, and continuous improvement within the practice.
• Collaborate with the Practice Manager to determine the strategic direction of the clinic.
• Optionally participate in a shared ownership model to gain commercial influence and a stake in the practice's success.

Requirements

• GDC registration is mandatory.
• Strong clinical experience in general dentistry.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build trust.
• Must work 2-3 days in the Cavehill practice to be considered for the Clinical Leader position.
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care.
