What you will do

• Perform video identification calls and review customer documentation to execute KYC procedures.
• Ensure high-quality and timely execution of customer due diligence in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and protect confidential information, trade secrets, and personal data.
• Utilize company-approved AI tools to optimize work processes while adhering to security requirements.
• Collaborate with colleagues and interact professionally with clients, maintaining composure in conflict situations.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Morocco
• Language: Excellent command of Lithuanian and good proficiency in English
• Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and efficiency.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn internal customer verification systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a professional environment.

Nice to have

• Educational background in Law, Finance, or Economics.
• Proficiency in Russian or other additional languages.
