What you will do
- Design and implement bare-metal and RTOS-based firmware for real-time control and signal processing.
- Develop bootloaders, secure firmware components, and interrupt-driven drivers on ARM microcontrollers.
- Integrate existing internal or open-source software to meet specific project requirements.
- Conduct SITL and HIL/HITL testing and troubleshoot systems using oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.
- Collaborate with electronics engineers on prototypes and maintain Git-based development workflows.
- Ensure compliance with documentation standards for safety-critical and defense-grade systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in embedded software or firmware development.
- Strong proficiency in C and C++ with hands-on experience in ARM-based microcontrollers (e.g., STM32).
- Experience with bare-metal and RTOS development, including DMA-based data transfers.
- Proficiency with communication protocols: I2C, SPI, UART, and CAN.
- Fluent English communication skills.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of safety-critical standards such as MISRA C.
- Experience with UAV/robotics ecosystems (PX4, ArduPilot, MAVLink, UAVCAN).
- Exposure to high-performance platforms like NVIDIA Orin or FPGA-based systems.
- Familiarity with secure boot and embedded cryptography.
