TL;DR

What you will do

  • Install, configure, and commission automation equipment including PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and VFDs.
  • Program and optimize control system parameters to meet production requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, mechanical, and software-related equipment failures.
  • Execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to ensure system reliability.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on system upgrades, retrofits, and modernization projects.
  • Maintain technical documentation and ensure strict adherence to safety and electrical regulations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in industrial automation, controls, or maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of PLC systems, HMIs, sensors, and industrial electrical infrastructure.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve issues across electrical, mechanical, and software domains.
  • Commitment to safety standards including lockout/tagout procedures and machine safety compliance.
  • Proactive problem-solving attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to support and train team members.
