What you will do

• Design and develop end-to-end major features and new services.
• Collaborate closely with the founding team and product managers to define technical requirements.
• Ensure high availability of services by participating in on-call rotations.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Drive tasks from conception to completion in a fast-paced environment.
• Continuously innovate, learn, and share knowledge within the development team.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in Java server-side development.
• Proven experience working with relational databases and SQL.
• Strong understanding of RESTful web services and API technologies.
• Familiarity with Linux-based systems.
• Practical experience in an agile software development environment.
• Experience with distributed streaming and processing platforms such as Kafka or Spark.
• Experience with parser generators like ANTLR or JavaCC.
• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in design and implementation of microservices architecture.
• Experience with scaling applications and building high availability systems.
• Experience with caching technologies like Redis or Memcache.
• Experience with messaging systems like RabbitMQ.
• Experience in non-blocking or reactive web frameworks such as Spring WebFlux or RxJava.
