What you will do

• Lead creative ideation and production for video content across social media, paid advertising, campaigns, and internal communications.
• Own and enforce brand standards across all motion and video assets to ensure consistency in tone, style, and pacing.
• Translate creative briefs into strong video concepts, scripts, storyboards, and scalable motion systems.
• Provide creative direction, feedback, and mentorship to designers and editors contributing to video projects.
• Partner with the external creative agency to ensure alignment across campaigns and storytelling.
• Manage the full lifecycle of video production from initial concept and scripting to editing and final delivery.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a senior-level designer focused on video, brand, and marketing storytelling.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Strong English fluency (written and verbal).
• Previous experience working with U.S.-based companies or clients.
• Ability to operate independently and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
