What you will do

• Review financial reporting packages and work papers for quality and completeness.
• Analyze benchmarking data and key performance indicators to support client insights.
• Present reporting packages and findings to clients.
• Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and cash flow models.
• Provide technical accounting support on complex construction-related issues.
• Lead and coach staff and senior accountants.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• 4–6 years of experience in public or private accounting.
• 3+ years managing associates and/or teams.
• Working knowledge of job costing, WIP schedules, retainage, and change orders.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Nice to have

• Professional certification such as CPA or CMA.
• Proficiency in industry accounting software like QuickBooks Online, Foundation, or Procore.
