What you will do

• Lead first response and follow-up investigations for battery thermal incidents, traffic accidents, and asset impound cases.
• Liaise with police and law enforcement agencies to manage asset release processes.
• Support the Customer Performance team in locating and engaging unreachable or suspected fraud customers for collections.
• Maintain detailed records of all investigations and communications with external authorities.
• Develop best practices and recommend improvements to investigative procedures.
• Manage case follow-ups consistently across police stations and relevant agencies.

Requirements

• Must be based in Kenya and available for field-based work.
• Proven track record working with law enforcement agencies.
• Experience in fire incident response and investigations.
• Solid understanding of traffic laws, regulations, and criminal justice processes.
• Proficiency in English and Swahili required.
• Certification in a fraud-related discipline such as Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
