What you will do

• Mainstream disability inclusion within the CASHA project and champion equitable access to opportunities and resources.
• Identify and remove physical, communication, attitudinal, and institutional barriers to participation.
• Conduct accessibility assessments and report on inclusion progress.
• Coordinate with CASHA consortium partners to ensure inclusive participation of young women and men with disabilities.

Requirements

• Diploma in Disability Studies, Community Development, Social Work, Education, or a related field.
• Must be eligible for National Project Personnel (NPP) status in Kenya.
• Educational qualifications must be obtained from a WHED-accredited institution.
• Proven results focus in conducting accessibility assessments and reporting.
