What you will do

• Lead a team of backend engineers through the full software development lifecycle.
• Set architectural direction for loan origination and pricing systems using C#/.NET and Azure.
• Partner with Product Managers to shape roadmaps and prioritize delivery.
• Promote a DevOps culture emphasizing infrastructure as code, observability, and automated testing.
• Mentor and grow team members through servant leadership.
• Ensure high-quality software delivery from design ideation to production support.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in C#/.NET backend development.
• Proven experience with Azure cloud services.
• Solid understanding of event-driven architecture and microservices.
• Experience leading or mentoring engineers in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to work within UTC -1 to UTC +3 time zones.
• Experience partnering with Product teams to drive delivery.

• Experience with Service Bus, RabbitMQ, or Kafka.
