What you will do

• Lead regulatory compliance activities for products across North LATAM business units.
• Monitor compliance with Official Mexican Standards and International Standards for chemicals, precursors, and foods.
• Manage corporate compliance programs including REACH and SGA.
• Collaborate with the Department of Foreign Trade on import processes for controlled substances.
• Submit regulatory reports to COFEPRIS, SEMARNAT, and other international agencies.
• Train commercial, production, and administration staff on regulatory affairs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biological/Life Sciences, or toxicology.
• Experience in Chemical Distribution and Regulatory Affairs within the chemical or pharmaceutical industry.
• English: Advanced level required.
• Proven experience in people management and leadership.
• Knowledge of SAP EHS Module, MDG, Hazcom, and Regrec.
• Location: Must be based in or be able to work hybrid in Tule, Mexico.

Nice to have

• Postgraduate degree in Regulatory Affairs.
• Experience in REACH/SGA program administration, DEA, and product stewardship regulations.
