is a space and data analytics company building a new Earth Observation constellation to unlock the power of thermal infrared imagery.
What you will do
- Manage day-to-day reception, office inventory, and general administrative tasks.
- Coordinate office operations for Luxembourg and Netherlands locations, including vendor and facilities management.
- Support the CCO and Senior Operations & HR Manager with various requests.
- Handle employee relations processes and personnel requests.
- Assist in the coordination of staff and organizational development initiatives.
- Lead office projects and continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative office role.
- Experience with supplies and vendor management.
- Fluency in English and French is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Must be based in or able to relocate to Luxembourg.
