What you will do
- Manage day-to-day HR data activities to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Monitor and perform data checks, reconciliations, and corrections.
- Produce and maintain HR dashboards, KPIs, and reports for internal and group governance.
- Contribute to HR system enhancements, testing, and data validation.
- Review and improve HR reporting templates and processes to drive standardization.
- Support the development of self-service HR reporting solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in data, HR, finance, business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in data analysis, reporting, or HR operations.
- Fluency in English and French required.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables), PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Interest in AI and digital tools for process optimization.
Nice to have
- Experience or good knowledge of HR processes and HR data.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI.
