What you will do

• Manage day-to-day HR data activities to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.
• Monitor and perform data checks, reconciliations, and corrections.
• Produce and maintain HR dashboards, KPIs, and reports for internal and group governance.
• Contribute to HR system enhancements, testing, and data validation.
• Review and improve HR reporting templates and processes to drive standardization.
• Support the development of self-service HR reporting solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in data, HR, finance, business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in data analysis, reporting, or HR operations.
• Fluency in English and French required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables), PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Interest in AI and digital tools for process optimization.

Nice to have

• Experience or good knowledge of HR processes and HR data.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI.
