What you will do
- Provide 1st level technical support across applications, networks, systems (Linux/Windows), databases, and security.
- Prioritize and resolve faults or queries for a wide range of systems and clients.
- Suggest and implement measurable improvements to service operations.
- Execute project work and perform QA following the implementation of changes.
- Troubleshoot complex issues relating to infrastructure and security.
- Contribute to serious incident, change, and problem management processes.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Porto, Portugal
- Availability: Must be able to work in a 24/7 shift system
- Technical knowledge of Linux and Windows systems.
- Understanding of network, database, and security disciplines.
- Ability to support both internal and external stakeholders.
